Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Online Account Support Assistant to join our team at Epic Games in Denver, Colorado. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone who is looking to gain experience in the technology and gaming industry. The Online Account Support Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with their online accounts, providing technical support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Assist customers with setting up and managing their online accounts- Provide technical support for account-related issues- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Assist with account security measures, such as password resets and account verifications- Collaborate with other departments to improve the online account management process- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account support
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Driven and hardworking attitude- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving skills- Persuasion and people management skills- Basic knowledge of online account management systems- Experience with customer service is a plus- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
