We are seeking to add a part time Office Manager to the team in our Novi, MI office. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
POSITION OVERVIEW The part time Office Manager will provide office and administrative support to our Sales and Marketing office. This work involves a variety of clerical tasks requiring the ability to make decisions based on established policies and procedures. Work requires a high degree of accuracy and coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Assists Sales and Marketing team with various reports Processing orders and payments Phone interaction and email correspondence with outside vendors and other staff Greets visitors and vendors in reception area Orders office supplies and ensures office environment is organized and well-kept Schedules outside vendor service calls Excellent communication skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and punctual Moderate computer knowledge Ability to work on site Monday-Friday approximately 9:00am to 3:00pm If you are looking to join a team based culture and thrive in an environment of trust, dedication and loyalty we would love to talk with you!
