Job Summary: Compass has a great opportunity for an Office Manager that offers a hybrid work schedule. In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-level, confidential administrative and office support to the Mobile Support Services Team.
Responsibilities: Maintain an organized office environment, coordinating with the building manager when necessary to keep the office clean and safe and ensure appliances are in good working order Providing general administrative support to employees Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments as necessary; including catering and accommodations when needed Oversees the front desk and guest experience Process Closing Reports Manage vendor relationships, such as Canteen, Shred It, and HP, and facilitate the processing of payments as necessary  Collect and review payroll reports from the MyStaff system to assist in processing payroll  Prepare reports and presentations as needed, utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Prepare and send communications to the Mobile Support Services team Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies and equipment as necessary Prepare, attend, and participate in departmental meetings as requested  Maintain staff recognition programs Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures Communicate professionally and effectively on the phone, in person, and via email Other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications: 2+ years of related administrative or business support experience Display a high degree of judgment, discretion, and confidentiality  Maintain cooperative professional relationships with customers, peers, supervisors, managers, and the community in general while projecting a professional image through in-person and telephone interaction. Strong computer skills; highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong written and oral communication skills are essential Organization and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
