Your duties at a glance SACU provides 24-hour residential care and supervision to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, often with co-occurring mental health diagnoses, whose support needs exceed the supports offered or provided by other community-based residential programs. We provide training and support for the purpose of assisting individuals in safely transitioning back to their home community. We model positive attitudes while offering health and medical supports, emotional and positive behavioral support, life skills modeling, accessing educational supports, recreational opportunities, and community integration. We are dedicated to providing the support necessary to maintain the quality of life, achieve the highest possible level of independence and promote social opportunities, which benefit the individuals and the community. As an Office Manager you will be responsible for supporting business operations in the residential group homes and central office. This includes: Supervising and managing a group of administrative office staff at the central office. Being responsible for the business operations of the central building. Communicating directly with facilities, fleet, contracts, vendors, contractors, maintenance, and other shareholders as it relates to the operations of SACU and the group homes. Managing contracts, billing, invoices, and Visa statements for SACU. Participating as a part of the SACU senior leadership team. Working conditions You must have a valid license to drive, and you must have and maintain an acceptable driving record. You must obtain and maintain an Oregon Invention System (OIS) certification, level G, CPR/First Aid certification, and Mandatory Abuse Reporter Training. We provide training in these areas during a three-week New Employee Orientation. You will work in an open office environment in a cubicle workstation in our office in Salem. You will have regular contact with employees, residents, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel.
