Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Office Oversight Handle office administration tasks such as copying, printing, and ordering supplies Time-tracking compliance for all team members Provide administrative assistance to the leadership team Handling ad hoc reporting requests as needed Human Resources Support Work with hiring managers in making changes to new hire s Post Open Jobs on Breezy, Macro's Applicant Tracking System Coordinate 30/60/90 check-in meetings for new employees Assist with administrative aspects of new hire onboarding Events & Meetings Coordination Prepare for and execute weekly and quarterly Macro meetings and events Manage the All-Staff Events calendar Hosmer Headquarters Upkeep Clean, organize, and coordinate activities at Hosmer Headquarters Decorate, care for plants, and generally keep the space looking good Clean kitchen and refrigerator Refill snacks and order building supplies (toilet paper/paper towels/soap/etc.) Finance & Procurement Support Send out monthly payroll reminders to employees Coordinate other aspects of payroll collections and reporting Manage On Call calendar and select team members Communicate On Call bonus to Macro team members Assist with package check-ins, mail pickup & miscellaneous company errands Oversee technology supply inventory and technician check-out process Assist Procurement Specialist with inventory management as needed Manage CrewHu Bucks purchases and donations Education and Experience Associate or bachelor's degree Some experience in administration, HR support, or customer service Key Competencies Attention to detail Planning and organizing skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal General comfort with software Cheerful and joyful Get-it-done attitude Flexibility Teamwork and collaboration Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance Hybrid work environment 401K with a company match of up to 3.5% Vacation/Sick Days, Personal Days, and Holidays Mileage Reimbursement Mental health resources Coffee and bagels Beautiful, modern, dog-friendly work-space
