Responsibilties 1, Hiring and Recruitment Implement recruiting strategies to identify highly qualified candidates for active job openings Create and post new listings on various job boards to attract applicants Screen resumes, cover letters, and application materials for qualifications and experience Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess a candidate's fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or members of the management team Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates 2. Research Be curious about development in the healthcare staffing space in USA Stay informed about new technologies and learning environments in order to evaluate resumes and potential training opportunities for new employees. Do comprehensive research to gather business and market intelligence Analyze data and convert it to insights that can be used to improve overall performance Arrive at solutions to problems by actively engaging with key stakeholders Requirements Clinical nursing experience of atleast 2-3 years in a hospital or clinical setting (can include travel/locum assignments) Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Strong clinical proficiency and knowledge of nursing practices with keen interest in healthcare research Empathy and collaboration within a healthcare team Effective English communication Familiarity with USA healthcare regulations Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
