New Grad RN Resident Emergency Room Responsibilities: You will triage, assess and treat patients of all ages. In this role you will need to manage multiple cases simultaneously while providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs. You will be proficient in recognizing life threatening arrhythmias and initiating the appropriate treatment. You will monitor, record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems. You will recognize and respond to changes in a patient's condition. Coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
