Were looking for a driven and communicative New Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role youll play a key part in driving new business by generating qualified leads and building relationships with small business owners over the phone.
What Youll Do: Be a prospecting pro: Conduct cold calls to identify decisionmakers within businesses.
Unearth opportunities: Gather valuable business intelligence to understand potential clients needs and challenges. Aim for at least 100 outbound calls daily.
Become a lead generation machine: Convert qualified leads into appointments for our external sales team (target of 35 appointments per week).
Manage your pipeline: Utilize HubSpot CRM to nurture leads and shepherd them through the sales funnel.
Be a master communicator: Youll have conversations with all levels within an organization including so strong communication and phone skills are essential.
Be a team player: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve shared goals
Requirements Who You Are: A communication rockstar: You have a knack for building rapport and keeping conversations engaging over the phone. Confidence is key: You feel comfortable speaking with all levels of decisionmakers.
A positive attitude goes a long way: You bring enthusiasm and a cando spirit to every interaction. Sales experience is a plus but we can teach the ropes! Tech savvy: Basic computer proficiency is a must.
