Job Opportunity: National Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our expanding B2B Outdoor team as a National Sales Representative. As a remote/home office-based position with travel expectations, this role offers flexibility while ensuring collaboration with our corporate offices. Location: Midwest/Great Lakes region preferred. We also welcome applicants from Atlanta, GA, Nashville, TN, or Indianapolis, IN areas, with acknowledgment of frequent travel.

Responsibilities:
Manage current accounts and cultivate new business opportunities within the B2B Outdoor segment.
Support and train our distribution customer base while engaging end users to drive sales.
Develop and maintain relationships with national accounts, introducing them to our world-class products and providing expertise to drive demand.
Lead the sales process from initial contact to customer development, exceeding monthly sales targets and administrative requirements.
Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding customer expectations and satisfaction, fostering collaboration within the team and solid communication skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited college or university.
3-5+ years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in the safety industry.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently from a home office.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas with integrity and accountability.
Results-driven mindset with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and cultural fit, prioritizing sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Valid driver's license.
