Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of leading a team of 15 or more team members Ability to work on weekends, holidays and flexible shifts. Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment. Must be able to effectively interact with customers, public and staff. Must require attention to legal and regulatory compliance issues. Must be able to meet Physical requirements Frequent lifting 21-50 lbs Constant standing, walking and climbing Frequent bending, squatting and pushing/pulling Intermediate Supervisor:
Associates degree plus 4 years supervisory experience in an educational, healthcare, hospitality or other related field; or Bachelor?s Degree plus 2 years? experience in an educational, healthcare, hospitality; or related field; or 6+ years of supervisor experience or equivalent military or professional experience Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent listening and empathy skills Excellent problem-solving skills both one-on-one and in group situations Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff Understanding of budgeting processes and awareness of profit and loss concepts Excellent administrative and organizational skills and an ability to prioritize Ability to function appropriately under stressful conditions Ability to work weekends and/or holiday rotation Willingness to work longer hours as needed Associate Level

4-5 years of experience in union environment Masters Degree or Military experience Intermediate Supervisor:
