This position involves the application of mobility equipment and for that, a full understanding of customer needs is essential, as well as a thorough understanding of Ilderton Conversion of Asheville's mobility capabilities.Compensation & Benefits:The successful candidate for this role will enjoy a competitive base salary plus commission, plus excellent benefits, including health, dental and vision plans, 401K, life insurance and paid time off.Responsibilities:Develop and grow customer relationships across Asheville and surrounding areas.Assist customers in the assessment of their mobility needs.Provide customer service and support throughout the mobility build process.Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure sales.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skills.Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license.About us:Since 1972, Ilderton Conversion Company has helped people all across the country regain their mobility and independence.
