Job Summary:The Mobile Service Technician at Jim Norton Ford in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, is responsible for performing a variety of automotive repair and maintenance tasks on customer vehicles. This is a full-time, salary position and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, as well as excellent customer service skills. The Mobile Service Technician will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and advance their career.Responsibilities:Travel to customer locations to perform automotive repair and maintenance tasks.Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs.Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake adjustments.Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and repair vehicle issues.Communicate with customers to explain repair process and recommendations.Keep accurate records of all services performed.Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 1 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.Must have own tools and reliable transportation to travel to customer locations.Excellent customer service skills.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Must be knowledgeable of and adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.ASE certification is preferred but not required.EEOC statement:Jim Norton Ford is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
