Responsibilities
• Fabricate interior and exterior doors according to customer specifications• Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company's vision and core values• Work with production teams to improve value streams• Operate equipment and machinery to manufacture doors• Maintain a safe and orderly working environment• Assist customers and sales team as needed• Hang/install doors when required• Adhere to company policies and procedures• Perform other duties as required
Requirements
• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Practical math and measuring skills• Ability to work as part of a team• Achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive environment• Demonstrate initiative and reliability• High School Diploma or GED• 2-3 years experience in a relevant field preferred• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly• Frequent bending, standing, and physical activity
