Mill Operator — Nd Shift

Responsibilities:

Independently set up and operate all 5 Axis Milling machining centers.
Follow technical drawings and work instructions ensure accurate and efficient production.
Perform initial part production runs, evaluate measurement results, implement corrective actions, and make program changes to the control system as needed.
Independently install and measure machining tools using an optical measuring device for optimal precision.
Conduct efficient tool and zero point changes to minimize downtime.
Perform thorough completion inspections to ensure parts meet our rigorous quality standards.
Operate multiple machines simultaneously to maximize production output.
Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, a conscientious work ethic, and a commitment to achieving the highest quality standards.
Perform all other duties necessary to support ongoing production. Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience operating 5 Axis Milling machining centers.
Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
Strong understanding of machining principles and best practices for setting up and operating complex machinery.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and identify potential production issues.
Excellent attention to detail and a dedication to quality control are essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
