As aMid-Market Account Executiveat Jasper, you will play a crucial role in our sales organization, reporting directly to the Sales Director for Mid-Market. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new prospects, managing the entire sales cycle, and successfully closing deals. Collaborating closely with our sales engineering, customer success, and BDR teams, you will ensure a seamless experience for our clients.This role is open to candidates located in the US and can beremote within MST or PST time zones.What you will do at Jasper:After learning about Jasper' product, value proposition, use cases, and sales process, you will manage your sales cycles.You'll source new accounts and manage inbound leads.Closing initial cycles based on your quota consistently.Manage your pipeline in Salesforce so we can accurately track progress and forecast revenue.Work collaboratively with our CSM team to ensure new clients leverage the value of Jasper.What you will bring to Jasper:3-5 years of software sales experience selling to B2B accounts.Track record of success in a fast-paced growing culture with minimal supervision.Comfortable operating independently within a collaborative environment.Passion for developing relationships and a curiosity for uncovering your customer needs.Creative in solving customer challenges with a consultative approach and "trusted advisor" mindset.Compensation RangeAt Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices.
