Responsibilities
• Assess and provide Strength-based planning and treatment for clients• Develop and maintain Individualized Crisis Recovery Plans• Participate in collaborative meetings• Provide Crisis Intervention services• Communicate client's status and document every contact• Complete documentation for billing or other purposes• Attend trainings and clinical supervision sessions• Return phone calls promptly• Follow safety rules• Participate in evaluations
Requirements
• Master of Social Work degree or a related mental health field• DMH credentialed as a Mental Health Therapist• Minimum of 15 hours of graduate-level coursework or practicum experience in intervention strategies/methods
