**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Experience Associate. This role is instrumental in ensuring that our members have a seamless and memorable experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of our workplace community.
**Your Day-to-Day**
- Greet members and guests with a warm welcome, setting the tone for a great day.
- Prepare the office for the day, ensuring that all amenities are well-stocked and ready for use.
- Manage inventory and place orders for supplies to keep the office running smoothly.
- Plan and execute events with meticulous attention to detail, creating a memorable experience for our members.
- Onboard new members, ensuring that their first day is seamless and that they feel welcomed and supported.
- Provide assistance with IT and Wi-Fi issues, ensuring that our members can focus on their work without interruption.
- Support local marketing efforts, helping to promote our flexible workplace solutions to prospective members.
- Offer tours to prospective members, showcasing the value and benefits of our spaces.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Hourly compensation of $23.05, with the potential for additional bonuses and incentives.
