INFERTILITY CLINIC Job Summary:As a Infertility Medical Biller/Front Desk at ATC Phoenix, you will play a vital role in the healthcare industry by accurately and efficiently handling medical billing and front desk duties. This full-time, hourly position located in Phoenix-Glendale, Arizona requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor, able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team. Experience in Infertility is a must!!Compensation & Benefits:This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $26 per hour, paid weekly. This position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm in clinic!! In addition, full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings.Responsibilities:Generate accurate and timely medical billing for patient services, including verifying insurance coverage, submitting claims, and following up on outstanding balances.Demographic verification and data entry.Prior authorizations and insurance verification /benefits.Patient phone calls/Follow up.Payment collections.Follow up on A/R.Cross-train on covering front office reception.Patient scheduling.Posting charges/payments.Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of all medical information.Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out processes, including collecting copayments and scheduling future appointments.Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve any billing or insurance issues.Keep current on industry changes and regulations related to medical billing and coding Requirements:Infertility Medical BIlling experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in medical billing preferred.Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical billing and coding in a healthcare setting. -Bilingual in SpanishProficient in medical billing software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. -Great communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of medical terminology and coding compliance.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations is preferred.EEOC Statement:ATC Phoenix is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
