Position MPR-1: Material Processor 1 Pay: $19-$21 hr. depending upon experience. Eligible for first wage increase at initial review at 45 days.
**$300-400 MONTHLY ATTENDANCE BONUS (when requirements are met) ** Work Schedule: 40-55 hr./week depending on workload, Monday-Saturday. The Hodge Companies have a flex time policy that allows employees flexibility in meeting weekly hour requirements.

Job Duties: 1. Load/program steel band saws.
2. Bevel and thread pipe
3. Punch-Notch-Cope structural shapes
4. Transport material via overhead cranes to processing equipment, then to work cells.
Educational/Technical Requirements: 1. Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word
