Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for master data, ensuring data is recoverable in the event of system failures or security breaches. Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Experience successfully managing large datasets and improving data quality and integrity. IT Systems Expertise: Experience with IT systems, particularly ERP systems such as SAP or EPICOR, and familiarity with database management systems like SQL Server. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in using data analysis tools and software to solve complex problems and provide actionable insight Preferred Experience: Master's Degree: A master's degree in information systems, Business Administration with a focus on Information Management, or a similar advanced degree is preferred. Continuing Education: Ongoing training in new data management tools, software updates, and compliance regulations is essential to stay current in the field. Certifications: Certifications in data management or specific technologies such as SAP Master Data Governance, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database Management, or Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) are highly beneficial. Practical Experience: Formal training should be complemented by substantial practical experience in data management, particularly in roles that involve large-scale data governance.
