Responsibilities
• Produce marketing promotions including direct response communications, email, social and web-based promotions, and public relations• Account management, project budget maintenance, writing/editing, and proofreading• Quality and quantity of work, client skills, and product knowledge• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, maintain good relationships, and continuously improve knowledge• Maintain open communication and independent problem-solving
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in English, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field required• Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred• Experience in event promotion helpful• Excellent writing and proofreading skills required• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines• Knowledge of medical terminology a plus• Familiarity with Microsoft Office required• Working knowledge of InDesign, HTML, and email delivery software helpful• Ability to interact with all levels of the company, work as part of a team, solve problems, and take direction
