Develop marketing plans to meet US and Canada brand KMD and brand growth expectations Strategically develop US market merchandising customer segments Create and coordinate the merchandising plans and promotional calendar Plan and coordinate US advertising campaigns Work with media outlets to negotiate pricing and ad placements Develop and analyze reports on customer purchase behavior Promotional forecasting & promotional calendar Cross brand/bundle category campaigns Direct mail marketing plans Marketing automation/drip campaigns Obtaining and sharing leads generated from campaigns New product launch campaign plans for the US Communication of merchandising and promotional plans Use of existing or create new video content to support merchandising plan Measure lead ROI for each campaign Report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotional offerings
What you will need to succeed:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Writing Editing Strong Excel skills Data mining experience Presentation skills Campaign development
What we're looking for in you:
Business undergraduate degree – preferably Marketing Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written Strong analytical and computer skills Previous data mining experience 3+ years of experience in marketing is ideal Experience with both print and digital media Ultradent is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
