A top ENR firm is seeking a Quality Control Manager/Site Manager to join their growing team. They offer highly competitive pay and benefits, including lodging, per diem, and reimbursed travel. Salary is DOE. The stated salary range should be considered a guideline, not set in stone. Please note this is a traveling position and USACE QM certification is required. Must be eligible to work in the US without restrictions.The QC/Site Manager will oversee quality control and supervision for USACE river works projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within project timelines. The QC/Superintendent will be responsible for managing a team of contractors and ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the USACE standards. Must be eligible to work in the US without restrictions.Responsibilities:Oversee quality control and supervision for USACE river works projects.Manage and supervise contractors to ensure work is completed on time and to the required standard.Ensure compliance with all USACE standards, procedures, and policies.Monitor project timelines and provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager.Manage project budget and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary constraints.Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and design, to ensure project goals are achieved.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in river works construction, including USACE projects requiredUSACE QM certification is mandatoryBachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field preferred, but not requiredStrong leadership skills and the ability to manage a teamExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders.Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Willingness & ability to travel to various project locations.Ready for a new challenge with a great company?
