Position Overview: SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE... The Manager of Americas for our Service Account Management team in Professional Services Delivery is responsible for managing the team that delivers Business Critical Services (BCS) for Pure's top accounts, in partnership with peers across the Americas regions. Your mission will be to execute the PS strategy and enable Pure's growth by delivering high-value data management solutions that drive our customer's business outcomes. You will do this by collaborating with the PS Director to set goals, define objectives and execute on deliverables while ensuring that customer satisfaction and financial targets are consistently met.

You will partner with customers, Customer Experience, Sales, Systems Engineering and Product teams to develop highly scalable, resilient data management solutions that deliver the outcomes defined by our customers. You love thinking strategically about business problems, products, and technical challenges and thrive on connecting technology with measurable business value for customers. You will implement and manage a customer lifecycle model through premium service delivery methodologies and motions to proactively drive customer engagement and value realization.



Responsibilities: Collaborate with peers and Director-level leaders across PS and CX to execute strategies aimed at scaling Pure's top accounts in the Americas region, in alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
Lead a team to effectively meet customer needs and support Pure's growth, focusing on delivering a customer experience aligned with industry best practices in the Enterprise sector.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, team members, and cross-functional partners within Pure.
Drive team performance, engagement, and productivity through individual empowerment and development initiatives.
Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of BCS offerings and motions across the portfolio to maximize customer outcomes.
Forecast service demand and align it with internal resource supply to inform strategic roadmaps or adjustments.
Collaborate with the Portfolio team to provide subject matter expertise for new service offerings and motions, tailored to customer needs and future scalability.
Help retain top talent to meet current requirements and future capabilities necessary to maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications: [INSERT JOB QUALIFICATIONS HERE]

3-5 years of direct team leadership experience.
10-15 years of relevant experience in the technology industry or related fields.
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Solid experience in team development and leadership, with a track record of achieving goals in collaboration with peer leaders within service-focused teams. Familiarity with the data storage industry and its application in maintaining high standards for customer experience, particularly in premium services.
Working knowledge of customer expectations within Enterprise accounts.
Experience in one or more of the technology pillars relevant to Pure's Modern Data Experience, including Data Management/Protection/Migration, Analytics/AI/ML, Business Applications, and MultiCloud.
Ability to cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders at Pure.
Collaborate with peers on initiatives to improve the customer and employee experience, leveraging change management best practices and methodologies to achieve long-term success as a team.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to deliver messages effectively to customers, partners, and internal teams.
Experience preferred in engaging in the aspects of a P&L, with a close focus on bookings, revenue recognition, and cost management to collaborate with peer leaders to achieve margin targets for the BCS business.
Ability to travel 25%

Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $151,000.00 /Yr. Pay Transparency Statement: Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
