Job summary
Assumes primary responsibility for effective implementation of nursing and business operations for CSR Emergency Room (Bitters/Banders).Facilitates intra and interdepartmental communication and collaboration to promote excellence in patient care and enhance patient outcomes.Effectively manages utilization of staff and material resources so that the most therapeutically effective patient care is provided in a cost effective manner.

Responsibilities
• Interpret, implement, and evaluate hospital and departmental outcomes philosophy, policies, and procedures.• Promote the professional development of patient care and administrative support staff assigned to the clinic.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree required.• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.• 5 years clinical nursing experience required.• 5 years of ambulatory services preferred.• Current RN Licensure to practice nursing in the state of Texas.• CPR Certification (AHA).
