Provides strategic & operational leadership for the Product Solution Center (PSC)Responsible for the direction of all technical service reps across multiple locationsDrive Individual and team goals

Responsibilities
• Develop & Lead the Product Solution Center and the daily operations• Train and Develop Technical Sales Rep personnel• Monitor reports along with expenses & profit/loss• Work closely with DC Shop Operations Manager to ensure PSC & Shops are running efficiently• Responsible for the efficient management of all equipment, suppliers, and shop facilities• Ability to identify and interchange components in existing customer applications• Technically support and make recommendations for Power Transmission Products, Linear components, and Industrial and Hydraulic hose assemblies• Develop budget and operational strategies• Align employee actions with the voice of the customer• Communicate with customers in a clear, concise, timely and professional manner
Requirements
• Equivalent to a four-year degree in business management or supply chain• Specialized training in power transmission and/or Fluid Conveyance a plus• Persuasive communicator / strong facilitator / structured and logical thinker• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills• Solid computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc• Lean background preferred• SAP experience preferred
