Full Job Description: Manager, Academic Programming Salary/Compensation: Tulsa Public Schools' existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education/experience and/or and years of credible service. Position Summary : Supports the effective implementation of the district's multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) model and vision. The manager of academic programming will assist in all MTSS procedures across the district, including communicating with school site teams, developing training for school staff and teachers, providing resources in the area of MTSS, guiding school-based processes, and monitoring data. Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in education
Experience:
• Previous experience in K-12 school settings that serve low-income students and
communities
Specialized Skills, Licenses, Etc.:
• Knowledge of a multi-tiered system of support (MTSS) model, implementation of MTSS,
and intervention strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
