Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will contribute to the overall efficiency and safety of our operations.
This position will be on 2nd shift that operates 6PM-6AM Pay rate for this position ranges from $20.00/hr-$22.00/hr Weekly pay Amazing benefits after just 30 days! Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine the best course of action for repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance maintenance processes.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment for repairs and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
