Responsibilities
• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff• Conduct regular safety inspections• Coordinate with vendors and contractors• Maintain budget for department• Purchase/order maintenance supplies• Ensure service requests are completed timely• Troubleshoot and train maintenance staff• Adhere to all company safety policies• Comply with OSHA safety regulations• Conduct regular safety inspections
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years' maintenance experience• Property management experience preferred• Advanced understanding and experience in multiple trades• Certifications preferred HVAC and EPA• Effective communication and interaction skills• Basic computer skills• Valid driver's license
