Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Location: St. Cloud, MN
Job Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 (based on experience)
Requirements:
1.) 5+ years Industrial equipment repair / systems experience (Industrial environment or military)
2.) 5+ years Supervisory Tenured Experience (strongly preferred)
3.) Strong level of equipment knowledge (i.e. electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, machinery, pipe systems, etc.)
4.) Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills

What You Will Be Doing As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
- Lead functionality and reliability improvement of all production and facility equipment (including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems)
- Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments
- Perform and execute preventative maintenance, implement safety procedures and manage all building costs and budgets
- Evaluate facility employee performance and conduct training + supervise maintenance staff What You Need for this Position Requirements:
1.) 5+ years Industrial equipment repair / systems experience (Industrial environment or military)
2.) 2+ years Supervisory experience
3.) Strong level of equipment knowledge (i.e. electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, machinery, pipe systems, etc.)
4.) Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills
5.) Strong preference toward candidates with Boiler knowledge, HVAC experience and/or Welding experience
