Maintenance Service Technician

Job summary
The Service Technician is an integral part of the on-site Service Team.They respond and attend to resident service requests and communicate with residents to resolve maintenance issues.The Service Technician also performs preventive maintenance and visually inspects the community for maintenance concerns.

Responsibilities
• Respond and attend to resident service requests• Communicate with residents to resolve maintenance issues• Assist the Service Manager in performing preventive maintenance• Visually inspect the community and report any maintenance concerns• Perform all plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting at the community• Perform repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of property• Have outstanding customer service skills
Requirements
• At least one year related experience required• Must have a valid driver's license• Hospitality, retail, restaurant, or construction industry experience preferred
