Maintenance/Reliability Manager Dallas-Fort-Worth area Overview:
This opportunity is with a small to medium-sized, high-purity specialty chemical manufacturer located near Dallas, TX. This leadership role will focus on driving operational excellence through preventative maintenance and engineering initiatives.
You'll lead a team of technicians, engineers, and planners to ensure equipment reliability, manage capital projects, and implement continuous improvement programs, especially critical equipment and preventative programs.
