Maintenance Manager Overview: Dynamic leader needed to oversee repair shop and warehouse operations as Maintenance Manager, ensuring efficiency and teamwork. Manage staff, coordinate schedules, and maintain inventory accuracy. Strong organizational and communication skills required as Maintenance Manager.
Maintenance Manager Responsibilities: Oversee the workflow from warehouse receipt, shop repair, and ship out to customer Supervise repair shop and warehouse teams. Coordinate daily activities for production and shipping. Monitor inventory levels and maintain safety procedures. Train and mentor employees, perform quality checks. Communicate to office staff to maintain efficiency and help manage lead times with vendors and stay on schedule. Maintenance Manager Requirements: 6 years of supervisory experience in maintenance role as supervisor or manager. Previous experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical system, and powertrain components, etc. associated with heavy machinery Previous diesel engine experience and knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise for Manufacturing a plus Strong organizational and communication skills.
