INTAKE NURSE - Portland, OR - ONSITE - PERMANENT POSITION - EXCELLENT BENEFITS MUST HAVE: Unencumbered OR LPN Licensure Responsibilities: Take and record patient pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and administer finger stick, and first aid as needed. Entering patient information into information system, as well as investigating post donation information. Managing, evaluating, and reporting patient reaction(s). Communicate with collaborating supervisors and specialist's regarding patient care. Maintaining accurate patient medical records. Provides support and education to patients around their medical needs.
