As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will report to the Lifecycle Marketing Director and you will be supporting a CHG brand to execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, SMS, direct mail) to drive new providers, provider retention, and gross profit growth. Your primary role will be to collaborate with key Lifecycle and Brand stakeholders in the ideation, creation, implementation, execution, analysis, and management of lifecycle marketing campaigns and initiatives. Responsibilities: Manage, oversee, evaluate, and grow the Lifecycle Communications program, including broadcast campaigns, triggered (automated) and targeted journeys, and transactional emails to drive KPIs Drive strategy, ideation, and optimization of programs and initiatives, partnering with Lifecycle Communications, Brand Teams, and other cross-functional groups (Creative, Production, etc.) for collaboration and alignment Own and monitor reporting dashboards weekly and monthly to ensure optimal channel performance across KPIs; Partner with Lifecycle Team to maintain Present and deliver key insights and data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decisions and future campaigns Partner with Lifecycle team members on segmentation, production, and deployment end-to-end to ensure all campaigns are deployed error-free, on time, to the right audiences, and according to brand standards Drive the testing roadmap for all programs with the goal of optimizing for engagement and KPI growth; Partner with Lifecycle team members on execution, implementation, and reporting Manage subscriber list growth and audience segmentation Stay up to date on all industry best practices and developments (email/ESP, SMS, push) ensuring compliance with all regulations. Support Strategic initiatives and other projects as needed Qualifications: Solid knowledge of current email and SMS best practices, deliverability, CAN-SPAM legislation and email success metrics. Strong Excel skills Proven experience owning program management and driving KPI growth through testing and optimization Exceptional attention to detail and methodical approach to quality checks Possess a deep understanding of email creative best practices to provide solid, data-driven feedback to creative peers Proficiency in coding emails using HTML, CSS a plus Strong understanding of Marketing Automation with a focus on email marketing Experience with data management, analysis, presentation, and reporting Ability to work collaboratively & effectively with cross-functional partners (Brand, Creative, Data, BI) Proactive, self-motivated, flexible and collaborative team player Education and Years of Experience: 4-7 years of email marketing experience 3+ year of experience using an enterprise-level ESP, previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud required Bachelor's Degree preferred Preferred: Experience working for a staffing company
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $91,100 -- $176,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
