Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance of legal documentation for trade services operations• Perform compliance checks for federal laws and regulations• Implement operation controls for risk exams, audits, and business continuity• Manage production and publication of service and customer scorecard reporting• Analyze risk exposure and provide leadership report outs• Manage capacity and capability models for resource utilization• Revise service quality and efficiency standards• Control expenses and minimize losses within budget• Implement HR policies and procedures for team members• Provide feedback, coaching, and career development for direct reports• Participate or lead projects/initiatives for on-time completion and financial benefit
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or 5 years of managing Financial Services or Commercial Lending• Knowledge of Standby Letters of Credit, Commercial Letters of Credit, and Trade Finance• Experience with lending documentation, loan accounting, and balancing• Customer service and resolution handling experience• Knowledge of AML/Fraud or Operations Risk
