GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 15 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening in our Gainesville office for a full-time Legal Assistant with 3+ years litigation or transactional experience including creating legal documents, correspondence, pleadings and e-filing process for litigation, correspondence, and interaction with courts, and/or local government office or agencies. Experience with health law, real estate, land use or environmental matters a plus. Successful candidate will also have administrative experience, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced professional environment and excellent communication skills.
Primary duties will be assisting assigned attorneys with legal and administrative tasks and handling various receptionist and clerical tasks. Ideal candidate must have strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent communication and logistical skills, and keen attention to detail. Must be proficient in Office 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook.
