Seldin Company is seeking a  Leasing Agent for Woodbury Heights, Orange Colony, Crown Colony, and Oakwood apartment communities in Sioux City, IA., Orange City, IA., and Vermillion, SD . This is a Conventional/HUD property group with 218 units. This position will pay up to $16an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
