Responsibilities
• Lead up to 3 small projects or kaizen events simultaneously• Collect and analyze data• Observe processes, identify waste, and Value Stream Map• Implement & teach standard work• Build quality into processes• Incorporate the voice of the customer into process improvements• Present results to executives and leaders• Facilitate, lead, and teach others across CHG the appropriate principles and methods of kaizen• Track, measure, and hold leaders accountable for results following projects kaizens
Requirements
• Ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a dynamic, change-oriented environment• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, and Power Point• Ability to present complex data and kaizen results in a clear, professional manner• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization• Capable of creating positive and professional business relationships• Skilled in thinking creatively and experimenting with new ideas• Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills• Ability to keep private and appropriately handle confidential information• Adheres to company mission and values• Education & Years of Experience: Beginner level lean experience
