Pilates fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.Compensation & Perks:$18.00 - $22.00 per hourOpportunity for bonus based on sales performanceFree Pilates classesHuge opportunities for growth within the studios including additional sales and management positionsRequirements:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher trainingAbility to learn and use the Club Ready software systemAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayHearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephoneMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleaguesMust have excellent public speaking skillsMust have proficient computer skillsResponsibilities:Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closeConduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wantsMaintain acceptable level of personal sales productionEmphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness providerPresent available services to current or prospective membersParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the clubAssumes responsibility for developing selling skillsOther duties as assignedWe look forward to hearing from you.
