In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in our store, educating them about our HVAC products and services, and generating leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HVAC systems, and a passion for customer service. **Responsibilities:** Engage with customers in our store and create a welcoming environment. Educate customers about our HVAC products, services, and promotions. Identify customers' HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Collect customer contact information and generate leads for our sales team. Follow up with leads to schedule appointments for consultations or installations. Maintain knowledge of HVAC industry trends, products, and competitors. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve lead generation targets. Assist in organizing and participating in store events or promotions to attract customers. **Requirements:** Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience in the HVAC industry. Familiarity with CRM software or lead generation tools. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
