Duties: This position encompasses responsibility for developing and executing strategies to generate leads and sales opportunities to support our company sales goals. This position interfaces with all departments as well as the field sales force.
Qualifications Required - Working knowledge of lead generation data software preferably Dodge Construction Software. General knowledge of commercial construction processes and project management. Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities. Some knowledge of reading/navigating through Architectural shop drawings. Excellent research and analytic skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in the latest software, (Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM, and ERP. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal and exceptional presentation skills. Qualifications Desired - College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years' experience in lead generation, business development, sales, or marketing. Essential functions and responsibilities - Identify and target potential customers through online research, networking, social media, construction lead service, and other tactics. Implement and manage lead generation initiatives and qualify new leads. Engage and qualify leads through calls, e-mails, and social media interactions. Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Hendrick Architectural/Industrial Products Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create and manage lead generation campaigns. Track and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation strategies. Maintain a database of potential projects, including contact details and progress. Stay up to date with latest trends and technologies in lead generation. Follow up on all quotes and projects with territory and supply status updates. Report on lead generation metrics and opportunities for senior management. Maintain and research competitive intelligence regarding direct competitors.
