Primary Objective: As a Lead Generation Marketing Specialist at Spectrio, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and nurturing potential leads. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to attract and engage our target audience, ultimately converting them into qualified leads for our sales team. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for data-driven marketing strategies and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads.
Responsibilities include: Develop and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns to reach target audiences across various platforms including social media, email, content marketing, and digital advertising. Utilize marketing automation tools to create and manage lead nurturing workflows, ensuring timely and relevant communication with prospects throughout the buyer's journey. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for lead generation and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to develop compelling marketing collateral and messaging that resonates with our target audience. Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI. Generate reports and provide regular updates to senior management on the status of lead generation activities and campaign performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in lead generation marketing, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving lead generation targets and driving business growth.
