Responsibilities
• Efficiency of guest transactions and maintaining cashwrap standards• Training new cashiers and cross-training other associates• Driving loyalty results through performance, people, and process• Delivering exceptional guest service and engaging in the benefits of our Loyalty Life Cycle• Supporting leadership team with register functions and associate exit inspections• Booking appointments for services and in-store events• Maintaining cashwrap displays and supplies• Supportive environment for teammates and guests• Staying informed about industry trends and products• Driving cashier accountability and following company policies
Requirements
• High school diploma preferred• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve• Knowledge and passion for guest service and selling• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires
