Team Lead Skills needed: Ability to read plans and scope of work.
Aptitude to lead a team made of team members of varying skill and experience levels.
Train team members.
Ability to organize materials and manpower.
Communication skill to understand and direct.
Utah Drivers license and the ability to be insured on a company vehicle.
Key functions: Understand plans, scope of work, and landscape cycle.
Plan materials, equipment, and manpower to accomplish the schedule.
Communicate with the Superintendent.
Communicate with the Client/Contractor as needed to assist in organization of the project.
Clock employees in and out daily
Develop Team members to advance as professionals.
Model the culture.
Work with Team Members assigned to coordinate a safe and efficient
Review production rates and manage to keep the project on schedule
Maintain equipment assigned
