full-time, permanent Lab Manager.

Manages the daily operations of the department and supervises staff.Assists in selection of personnel for hire.Performance management, and makes recommendations on discipline and terminations.Achieves ongoing compliance with regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related Health ScienceMeets CLIA requirements for General SupervisorRegistered in accordance with an approved certifying agency (ASCP, NCA, AMT or equivalent)2+ to 5 years experience
