What is a Team Leader: A Kitchen Team Leader at Chick-fil-A is someone who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces our culture, and has a servant's heart. As a kitchen leader, you will assist the management team in all aspects of shift management to ensure that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. You will be responsible for supervising assigned stations for an entire shift and may be assigned to open or close the shift in the kitchen.
