If so, we'd love to chat!You will participate in the full recruitment cycle, undertaking end -to -end recruitment projects for various clients. Our mission is clear: to match the perfect candidate with the right job!A day at work: You will: ?? Participate in all recruiting activities to include: job description creation, sourcing, advertising positions, screening, phone interviewing, interviews and hires in order to fulfill the timely placement of our projects ??Develop and manage a network of IT active and passive candidates and grow it ??Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients as well as with candidates RequirementsBachelor's or/ and Master's degree of HR and IT related fields will be considered as an asset.Minimum 1 -  2 years' experience related with screening, interviewing and assessing candidates for Technology roles through a Technology/Consulting organizationExperience in recruitment processes and platformsFluency in EnglishPersonal characteristics:Excellent communication skills Organizational, planning and time management skillsVery good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think both logically and creatively.
