Calling all podcast enthusiasts! We're on the hunt for a Junior Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the go-to resource for our Podcasting/Streaming Audio Programming Director and Content Coordinator, you'll be responsible for handling assigned series needs and managing projects with finesse. You will help to ensure an exceptional experience for our podcasters on AccessMore, from start to finish. Get ready to dive into the exciting world of podcast promotion and production, as you independently tackle a range of tasks, projects, and timelines. We're looking for someone who can think on their feet, provide prompt solutions to podcaster requests, and build strong relationships with our AccessMore team. This is an in-office role in Franklin, TN Here's just some of what you will be doing daily… Effectively and efficiently handle content related duties and provide project management coordination for the AccessMore team. Provide outstanding customer service to podcasters and their team. Act as a point of contact for AccessMore in executing content podcaster deliverables.  Handle logistics for audio/video episodes and tracking podcaster assets. Support the Content Coordinator with internal production scheduling, web scheduling and keeping track of podcaster content. Work directly with the AccessMore team to handle tracking of podcaster assets. Effectively and efficiently handle content related tasks and provide content coordination for the AccessMore team as assigned. Assist the Content Coordinator with content operations for on-boarding new podcasters. Assist our A&R team with business operations for on-boarding new podcasters. Work alongside the team to facilitate on-site and off-site logistics for podcaster recordings. Including meal or coffee pickup, call sheets, guest releases, etc. Serve as backup and support to the AccessMore team. We are looking for a very specific skill set and business acumen. If you can say yes to each of these requirements, th en we want to meet you! Bachelor's Degree, or combination of education/training with relevant experience. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to function in a high-pressure work environment. Possess a high attention to detail and have the ability to think creatively and offer suggestions. Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Strong people and relationship building skills. Must be able to partner with various teams to gather, analyze, and disseminate relevant findings. Ability to ensure our podcasts align with the mission and values of EMF. Candidate should be enthusiastic and spirited, collaborative, reliable, self-motivated and have a friendly disposition and a positive attitude. Possess understanding of podcast and digital media content. Have knowledge of how to use Microsoft Suite. Strong written and verbal communication and personal presentation skills. Communicate effectively in a calm, polite, and professional behavior. Demonstrate active listening, politeness, and tact. A collaborative and flexible style, with strong service mentality. Need to be seen as a team player. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships.
