Java - Telecom Experience

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for our Telecom OSS platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse user needs, and translate them into technical solutions. Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability to meet growing demands. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth. Participate in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Proven work experience as a Senior Java Developer, preferably in the Telecom sector. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). In-depth knowledge of Telecom protocols, standards, and technologies (e.g., SIP, Diameter, SNMP). Experience with Telecom OSS (Operations Support Systems) architecture and workflows. Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and distributed computing concepts. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
